A total of 982,252 families (4,459,468 persons) were affected in 1,741 barangays, 39 cities, 343 municipalities in 36 provinces in Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, and CARAGA.
A total of 86,513 families (403,503 persons) are being served inside1,425 evacuation centers.
A total of 3,480 houses (2,071 totally and 1,409 partially) were reportedly damaged in Regions VI and XI.
Roads and bridges
As of 6:00 a.m., November 10, 2013, 18 roads and one bridge were affected in Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII.
A total of 501 passengers, 3 vessels, 67 rolling cargoes and 1 motorbanca are stranded in Regions IV-B (Puerto Princesa), Region V (Albay and Sorsogon), and Region VII (Maasin and Catbalogan).
As of November 9, 2013, operation of four airports are still suspended until further notice.
Since November 7, 2013, power interruption is being experienced in the following provinces and municipalities in Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, VII VIII, X, and XIII:
Laguna (5 municipalities)
Rizal (2 municipalities)
Oriental Mindoro (6 Municipalities)
Palawan (5 Municipalities)
Occidental Mindoro (4 Municipalities)
Albay, Masbate, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur
Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo, and Nergos Occidental
Cebu (24 municipalities of Northern Cebu including San Francisco, Camotes, Tuburan and parts of Danao City)
Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar
Surigao del Norte
Surigao del Sur
As of 5:30 p.m., November 8, 2013, power was restored in Sibulan and Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental and Siquijor.
As of 8:30 a.m., November 9, 2013, power has been restored in the Province of Camiguin in Region X
Power supply in the following areas of Region IV-A have been restored:
Pagsanjan, Paete and Pakil, Laguna
Province of Quezon
Municipality of Angono, Rizal
Interruptions in the following areas:
Aklan, Antique, Capiz
Cebu (Municipalities of Northern Cebu, Bogo City)
Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Samar, Northern Samar and Eastern Samar
Surigao del Norte (Municipality of Bacuag)
Cost of assistance
A total of P10,636,254 of relief assistance was provided to affected families of Regions IV-B, V, VI, and VII, X, and XI coming from DSWD (P9,648,554) and LGUs (P987,700).
Cost of damage
Total cost of damage amounted to P7,215,831.75 (P4,880,000 to infrastructure and P2,335,831.75 to agriculture) in Regions IV-B and XIII.
