NDRRMC typhoon Yolanda report per province, November 11, 2013

In keeping with the government’s objective to provide needed assistance to victims of typhoon Yolanda, different service agencies have focused their efforts in addressing the primary concerns of affected areas. Part of this is making sure that relief goods reach the intended destinations in an efficient manner and augmenting medical supplies.

Region IV-A

Batangas:
1 dead; 1,067 families in 42 barangays were affected; 1 evacuation center with 11 families; 28 houses totally damaged; 770 houses partially damaged; P46,667 worth of assistance from LGUs

Cavite:
180 families in 3 barangays affected

Laguna:
2,655 families in 46 barangays were affected; 11 evacuation centers with 163 families; 2 houses totally damaged; 36 houses partially damaged; power outages are experienced in Pangil, Cavinti, Victoria, Rizal, and Mabitac; P15,000.00 worth of assistance from DSWD; P22,800.00 worth of assistance from LGUs

Rizal:
50 families in 2 barangays were affected; no evacuees and evacuation center; power outage is experienced in Cardona

Quezon:
1 dead; 2 missing at sea; 1,983 families in 75 barangays were affected; 4 houses totally damaged; 4 houses totally damaged; P11,534 worth of assistance from LGUs

Region IV-B

Guimaras:
1 missing

Palawan:
4 dead; power outage are experienced in Coron, Roxas, Busuanga, Magsaysay, and Cuyo; Busuanga airport is nonoperational

Marinduque:
981 families in 46 barangays were affected; 1,309 families in 69 evacuation centers

Occidental Mindoro:
5,949 families in 47 barangays were affected; 7 evacuation centers with 954 families; power outage are experienced in Bulalacao and Pola; P34.036M worth of damages to agriculture

Oriental Mindoro:
3,117 families in 73 barangays were affected; 106 evacuation centers with 3,117 families; P25M worth of damages to infrastructure, P47.049M worth of damages to agriculture

Romblon:
3,044 families in 72 barangays were affected; 100 evacuation centers with 3,044 families; P979,765.00 worth of assistance from LGUs; power outage are being experienced in Banton, Cajidiocan, Calatrava, Concepcion, San Jose, and Sta. Fe

Masbate:
1 dead; 5 injured; 2,444 families in 29 barangays were affected; 20 evacuation centers with 694 families; P1.466M worth of assistance from DSWD; power outage is being experienced; 42 army personnel deployed

Camarines Sur:
10 injured; 17,230 families in 126 barangays were affected; 147 evacuation centers with 4,277 families; P2.75M worth of damages to infrastructure; P895,955 worth of assistance from DSWD; power outage is being experienced in select municipalities

Albay:
15,141 families in 101 barangays were affected; 62 evacuation centers with 9,159 families; P1.350M worth of assistance from DSWD; power outage is being experienced in select municipalities; P2.68M worth of damages to infrastructure

Camarines Norte:
1 dead; 402 families in 20 barangays were affected; 27 evacuation centers with 402 families

Catanduanes:
312 families in 1 barangay were affected; 1 evacuation center with 312 families; power outage is being experienced; P1.279M worth of damages to infrastructure

Sorsogon:

Bohol:
1 dead; 173,405 families in 192 barangays were affected; 94 evacuation centers with 6,568 families; 177 evacuation centers with 6,393 families; 30 houses totally damaged; 28 houses partially damaged; P474,850.00 worth of assistance from DSWD; P24,500 worth of assistance from LGUs; power outage is being experienced

Cebu:
36 dead; 4 injured; 2 missing; 608,546 families in 132 barangays were affected; 97 evacuation centers with 8,107 families; 220 houses totally damaged; 424 houses partially damaged; P719,505.00 worth of assistance from DSWD; P44,900.00 worth of assistance from LGUs; power outage is being experienced in 24 municipalities of Northern Cebu including San Francisco, Camotes, Tuburan, and parts of Danao City; cellular networks are down in 4 municipalities; classes were suspended in 9 municipalities; 7 PCG personnel and 2 PCG seacraft were deployed

Negros Oriental:
207,158 families in 100 barangays were affected; 123 evacuation centers with 4,405 families; 2 houses partially damaged; power outage is being experienced in Guihulngan City and Canlaon City

Biliran:
34,418 families are affected in 132 barangays; power outage is being experienced; cellular networks are down in 6 municipalities

Leyte:
144 dead; 380,669 families in 1,638 barangays were affected; 1 evacuation center with 76 families; Libungao-Matag-ob-Palompon Road and Palompon-Isabel-Merida-Ormoc Road not passable also due to fallen trees and electrical posts; San Juanico Bridge is passable; power outage is being experienced; Tacloban airport is nonoperational; cellular networks are down in 22 municipalities; 15 PCG personnel were deployed; 3 AFP aircrafts were deployed; 98 DPWH personnel and 13 DPWH vehicles was deployed to Tacloban; 14 Red Cross personnel deployed; 376 PNP personnel, 2 seacrafts, and 167 miscellaneous assets were deployed

Eastern Samar:
25 dead; 25 missing; 91,252 families in 597 barangays were affected; power outage is being experienced; cellular networks are down in 16 municipalities

Northern Samar:
125,322 families in 568 barangays were affected; power outage is being experienced; cellular networks are down in 1 municipality; 30 DPWH personnel deployed

Western Samar:
156,037 families in 962 barangays were affected; 10 evacuation centers with 2,243 families; power outage is being experienced; cellular networks are down in 8 municipalities

Southern Leyte:
84,922 families in 500 barangays were affected; 61 evacuation centers with 3,224 families; power outage is being experienced; 15 DPWH personnel deployed

Zamboanga:
1 dead; 1 injured

Bukidnon:
40 families in 1 barangay were affected; 2 evacuation centers with 40 families

Camiguin:
574 families in 6 barangays were affected; 5 evacuation centers with 374 families; 12 houses partially damaged

Lanao del Norte:
426 families in 1 barangay were affected; 1 evacuation centers with 426 families

Misamis Oriental:
3,213 families in 8 barangays were affected; 33 evacuation centers with 3,176 families; P1.125M worth of assistance from DSWD

Surigao del Norte:
