WHEREAS, Friday, January 16, 2004, marks the 98^th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Navotas, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency GLORIA MACAPAGAL –ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, January 16, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Navotas.
