PROCLAMATION NO. 592

WHEREAS, April 3, 2004 marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Luisiana, Laguna;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Luisiana, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, do hereby declare April 3, 2004 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Luisiana, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
