WHEREAS, Monday, August 2, 2004, marks the 7th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kabankalan WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, August 6, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.
