WHEREAS, Thursday, September 16, 2004, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, should be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 16, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
