WHEREAS, Saturday, November 13, 2004, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, November 13, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley.
