WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 1, 2004, celebrates the 433^rd Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 1, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal.
