DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 20, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 20, 2005, marks the 3^rd MALATARLAK FESTIVAL of the City of Tarlac that will showcase their City’s unique beauty and splendor;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, January 20, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
