WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bukidnon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL –ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, March 10, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Bukidnon.

IN WITHNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
