Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 798 DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY WHEREAS, Thursday, March 8, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, March 8, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
