Bartolome sets security preparations through Letter of Instruction (LOI) 41/2011 (All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day), LOI 25/2002 (PNP Action against Attack on Government/Public Vital Installations), and PNP LOI 13/2011 (SANG-INGAT-CHARLIE), the PNP leadership reminds the public to be more vigilant and alert as annual special events like All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day are expected to bring an influx of people in the different areas of convergence like cemeteries, malls, transport terminals, and train stations, as well as major thoroughfares and roads leading to the provinces.
