Legislative Acts of the commission established by the President of the United States, William McKinley, to exercise legislative powers in the Philippines starting in 1901. After 1907, by virtue of the provisions of the Philippine Bill of 1902, the Philippine Commission served as the upper house of the Philippine Legislature until both the Philippine Commission and the Philippine Assembly were replaced by the Philippine Senate and Philippine House of Representatives by virtue of the Philippine Autonomy Act of 1916 or the Jones Law.
